Your home is your sanctuary.

It’s a deeply personal space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and inspired. It should be beautiful as well as functional. I believe that when your home is designed to work for you and be pleasing to the eye throughout, you feel settled and your quality of life is subtly and subconsciously improved. I know from personal experience that when I designed my home to be exactly the way I want it to be, my time spent in it becomes a joy. I can bring that same sense of joy and tranquility to your home as well.

Wellness is my focus.

Think of a wellness space as your personal retreat. A place where you can relax any time or end the day on a good note. When you are intentional with your choices on how you want your home to look and feel, then there is a sense of ownership and personal safe space that emerges and ultimately soothes your soul. My design focuses on your unique personality and style.

My style as an interior designer

My personal style as a designer is that of clean, simple lines, large open spaces, capturing natural light, and creating a space that feels both spacious and comfortable. I design places that hide clutter and select beautiful, unique materials and finishes that are a delight to the eye. I bring my client’s aesthetics and lifestyle, along with good function and flow, to my projects. My priority is functionality; when the home is beautiful and comfortable, it highlights the beauty of the elements in the space even more.

My process starts with understanding my client’s unique needs, desires, and personality. I get as much information as I can in the beginning of the project to find out what the priority is. My ultimate goal is to create a space that is a response to the user’s unique personality, and their personal (or company) values.

My priority is sustainable and biophilic design, incorporating elements of nature and organic shapes into the home, while selecting materials, finishes, and processes that are sensitive to our carbon footprint and helps to maintain a healthy environment. I feel a strong responsibility to the earth, and feel it is a benefit to all involved to lean into healthy building. There are choices we can make together that will promote these values. I would like to take these opportunities to bring a new, environmentally sensitive paradigm to the world of interior architecture.
